We wish to inform your esteemed committee that, to control the qualitl of the following goods exporled to lraq,it is necessary to accompany the cemification documents with a COC(Certificate of Confbrmity) or COI (Certificate of Inspection) to ensure cornpliance with Iraqi regulatory requirements. The included products are as follows:
Electrical and electronic products
Tires and automotive parts
Food (excluding fresh meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits)
Chemicals
Specific products will be determined based on the customs code to see if they fall within the scope of COC certification. Confirmation is required with the foliowing inspection companies authorized by the lraqi Standardization Authority. Products outside the scope of COC can be certified with COl.
